Job Description
· This role requires a strong individual with 3+ year’s experience of Business Analysis / Projects work, preferably in an investment banking environment and should have experience of working across broad and complex change environments.
The candidate should have a good experience of working in project delivery / customer service roles.
We are looking for someone who is able to establish close working relationships with the in country RMs and across the rest of the team.
They will be responsible for driving out requirements and assisting in co-ordination in all aspects of the Business Integration.
Responsibilities:
The Programme itself will involve large scale change across a number of areas. The Business Analyst in this role will work on areas including:
-Identification of client and product scope for migrations in the region
-Determination of type of comms required by new clients
- Preparation and distribution of client comms
- Working closely with RMs to ensure all outstanding client consents are chased daily
- Following up directly with clients when sanctioned by RMs
-Making real time updates to MI as required and engaging in regular dialogue with Client Experience team in Hong Kong.
Qualifications/Technical Capabilities
- Fluency in English and Korean – spoke and written.
-Understand the key elements of areas of the bank i.e. Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Understand project management and managing change
-Solid delivery track record of operating in customer focussed environment
-Experience with formal project management methodology and supporting tools – MS Project
- Practical data management and analytical skills - MS Excel
- Good customer service skills
Desirable:
- Previous Banking experience
- Experience in managing migration of clients between systems or legal entities
- Appreciation of the client “experience” through the migration process. This might come from a client-facing or communications background.
