Deutsche Bank's Structured Trade & Export Finance department ("STEF") is a leading arranger of structured trade export finance transactions worldwide. STEF comprises around 50 FTE in 10 regional hubs. STEF Asia is present in HK, Japan and Beijing.
Responsibilities:
· Support regional STEF head on Asian inbound Export Credit Agency (ECA) origination and execution efforts and general business development and support on Korean ECA deal execution.
· Drafting mandate letters, termsheets and oversee client specific pitchbooks.
· Draft Information Memorandum and financial modelling for individual transactions.
· Liaise with Deutsche Bank Legal and external counsel on scope of work for engagement, documentation execution and other legal/documentation related matters.
· Take responsibility for the credit approval process and manage the Credit Risk Management (CRM) process through the transaction life time.
· Oversee loan closing with Loan Operations and Facility Agent, assist in implementation of deal structure on various systems. Manage the Hong Kong and Singapore book on an ongoing basis including drawdown requests etc. and take ownership of any operational risk issues.
· Oversee Raroc and KPI calculation and ensure that best practices are implemented in the region.
