Research assistant summer intern position in a technology PE firm

An Asia focused private equity firm backed by a renowned US investor seeks to hire a research assistant summer intern with a strong background in finance and a degree in business, economics, or an applied science.  


*The program will run from June 2013 to August 2013.

1.  Position Description

‒        Research Assistant Intern

‒        Intern will be responsible for gathering market and company-specific data and information and work closely with investment professionals.

2. Qualifications

‒        Strong passion for corporate investing

‒        History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.

‒        Currently in 3^rd or 4^th year.

‒        Experience in financial data and media research.

‒        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

‒        Business level proficiency in spoken and written English and Korean.

‒        Ability to translate between Korean and English.

‒        Understanding of accounting, business, and finance, particularly equity (stock) markets
