We specialize in cross-border transactions involving Asia including the Middle East with enterprise values up to US$1bn. BDA Seoul office is looking for two interns who are highly motivated and qualified.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in both verbal and written English is a must
- High interest in investment banking and M&A is important
- Prior internship experience in finance is preferred
- 3+ month internship starting ASAP
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or graduate students majoring in Business /Economics and wishing to learn M&A and corporate finance. This position is also open to exchange or foreign students currently residing in Korea

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist senior investment bankers in research, accounting, valuation, and other various tasks
