Investment Team Intern – Yoonjin Partners

Yoonjin Partners is a private equity firm established in 2023, dedicated to identifying and investing in companies with high growth potential across diverse industries. With a deep understanding of industry-specific dynamics, we aim to maximize corporate value through efficient Post-Merger Integration (PMI) and contribute to the advancement of the industrial ecosystem.

Following the successful closing of our 1st Buy-out Fund in 2024, we are currently approaching the closing of our 2nd Buy-out Fund in the first half of 2026. We are looking for talented and driven individuals to join our team and create new value in the capital markets.

1. Position Overview

• Role: Intern
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Negotiable (Minimum commitment of 3 months required)

2. Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive industry research and market trend analysis.
• Execution Support: Assist in financial modeling and valuation analysis.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide general support for investment-related and administrative tasks.

3. Qualifications

• Education: Current students or graduates (or expected graduates) of domestic or international universities.
• Technical Skills: * Fundamental understanding of corporate valuation, finance, and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Language: Fluency in Business English (written and verbal).

• Attitude: Strong achievement orientation, diligence, and a professional work ethic.

4. Working Conditions & Location

• Location: Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul (Scheduled to relocate to Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu in March).
• Compensation: In compliance with the minimum wage policy.
• Note: This is a non-conversion internship (not a track for full-time employment).
