Department: The Finance Service Unit (DFIN)

The Finance Service Unit (DFIN) coordinates the Finance Line and ensures the Group’s financial production, steering and management.

Position Name: Trainee, Finance/Accounting

Principal Responsibilities:

1) Daily Obligation

• Accounting result check
• Review and reconciliation of financial accounts with transactions
• Bank reconciliation
• Daily reporting & Regulatory ratio monitoring

2) Monthly /Quarterly Obligation

• End of month processes
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Preparation of regulatory reports for Bank of Korea
• Process of incoming / outgoing transfer pricing accruals and settlements
• Support for quarterly review report by accounting firm
• Ad-hoc requests from internal/external clients
• Analysis of cost data and control AP team in BGL

Credit Portfolio Management (CPM)

Department: Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA), Credit Portfolio Management (CPM)

The Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) department centralizes most of GLBA loan credit exposures and contributes to the credit value chain in the analysis, organization, risk management, and distribution of these financing activities. CPM is responsible for managing risks and optimizing the credit portfolio, including funding and liquidity, as well as monitoring ESG commitments & trajectories of GLBA.

Position Name: Trainee, Credit Analysis

Principal Responsibilities:

• Perform research and analysis on industry and clients.
• Review and validate client financials in internal system.
• Manage all matters related to the submission of credit applications (pre and post approval) and maintaining valid credit ratings.
• Liaise with coverage officers, business lines, management and risk approval division to facilitate credit requests on new clients and existing clients on a timely basis.
• Perform ongoing monitoring of exposures and provide early identification of emerging risks and problem accounts.

Support any administrative functions of the team.
