Your Mission

As a Social Media Intern at Picky, you'll be at the forefront of creating engaging content for our growing community of K-beauty enthusiasts. This is your chance to develop and showcase your creativity across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and beyond, while helping us grow our presence and influencer platform.

What You'll Do

• Content Creation: Create relevant content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, aligning with the latest trends and brand messaging.

• Video Editing: Film and edit short-form videos optimized for IG Reels and TikTok to drive engagement and showcase K-beauty products.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships.

• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community around our brand.

• Analytics: Track social media performance and provide insights to improve content strategy.

• Trend Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to innovate our content strategies

Skills We're Looking For

• Strong passion for social media and a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok.

• Experience creating and editing video content (experience with Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus).

• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and a good eye for aesthetics.

• Always up to date on the latest trends and willing to experiment with new formats or ideas.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Fluent in English.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and how to interpret data.

• Interest in K-beauty, skincare, or influencer marketing.

• Experience with influencer outreach or collaborations.
