Job Title : Sales & Marketing Assistant
Report to : Country Manager, Korea
Department : Abbott Diabetes Care Korea
SUMMARY
Sales & Marketing Assistant needs to support Sales Team as well as Product Manager.
The main role is order management and internal sales data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Assistant Role
- Order Management: Distributor Order Entry into BPCS (Business Planning and
Control System) and communicating with distributors on delivery information
- Managing YTD & MTD sales data and generating analysis reports upon request
- In-market sales data tracking
- No Charge Product Management
- Customer Code / List Price / Item Master (T/P) Maintenance
- Weekly Inventory Report Management
- Purchase Requisition Management
- Internal / External Audit Preparation
- Invoice / Receipt Management
- Supporting account promotional material development
Marketing Assistant Role
- Sales Data Management
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program Support
- Customer Service Support
- ADC website maintenance
- Media Clipping Support
- Abbott Korea news letter development with PR team
- Customer Event as well as Internal Event Support
- Marketing Material Management
- Online Price Monitoring & Reporting
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Good oral and written English communication skills
3. Proficiency in using OS, especially good at using Excel
4. Self-motivated, energetic, customer focused
