JOB POSITION
· Investment Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify and evaluate potential investment targets
· Work with HQ Strategic Development team and M&A team to pursue an investment opportunity and execute a deal
· Analyze Korean Internet services markets and game/entertainment sectors
· Manage strong relationships with potential investment targets and existing investment portfolios
· Monitor financial/operational conditions and industry dynamics of assigned portfolio companies, and assist with quarterly reviews with management team.
REQUIREMENT
· Native English fluency and/or written fluency in Mandarin
· Strong interest in Korean Internet or game/entertainment business
· Work experience in relevant field (venture capital, private equity, investment banking, business/corporate development, consulting, financial advisory service etc.)
· High level of integrity, sound judgment and strong ethics
PREFERENCE
· Team player with strong organization, communications and networking skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines
· Proactive, independent worker with the capacity to lead, motive and work well with others
· High tolerance for ambiguity and ability work to in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
· Familiarity with the start-up ecosystem and/or the journey of an entrepreneur
· Holder of a relevant field license (MBA/CPA/AICPA, etc.)
