HRnetOne would like to invite all students, graduates and alumni of Korea University to apply for our Executive Recruiter/Headhunter position. We are open to both full-time and interns (type of jobs available). 
  
Attributes that we look for:

•  1-2 years of sales experience will be advantageous, fresh graduated will be considered
•  Proficiency in both English and Korean
•  A sales-oriented mindset; candidates who are passionate about people, who want to be in a people-business
•  Interest in building a successful career in headhunting and sales
•  Team player with a focused and persistent mind-set, taking initiative to drive results in a dynamic environment
•  Good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively and engage with candidates

Job description:

•  Analysing and understanding job description (JD) of various assignments
•  Sourcing for best-fit candidates through market research, key profiling assessments and interviews
•  Gather market intelligence of specific industries and targeted professions
•  Engage potential new clients, establish relationships and close assignments with speed and efficiency
•  Craft business proposals that suit clients' needs and generate positive results for clients
