2. Responsibilities
Intern at fixed income team will assist;
-Both internal and external periodic reports including translation from Korean to English.
-Operational tasks related to transactions of fixed income products, currency trading, rates and FX derivatives and so on.
-Conduct research on global macro, EM macro, US and Korea credit markets(US HY,US Leveraged Loan, Korea Credits) and collate market responses and implications.
-Ad-hoc clients’ requests for presentations, performance reviews and investment perspectives and so on.
The intern will work closely with a fixed income investment management team comprised of Research Analysts, Traders and Portfolio Managers.
3. Qualifications
To be successful in this intern role, interns will;
-Have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Korean and English with the ability to articulate financial investment strategies.
-Have or be expected to have bachelor’s degree in preferably business, economics, finance and accounting or other related field of study
-Be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive and able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision and direction
-Have basic knowledge in finance, preferably fixed income products with analytical and numerical skills.
-Be able to work more than 6 months(Negotiable)
-Be a team player
