Campus Recruiting Manager, Non-Japan Asia

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead campus recruiting activities for Non-Japan Asia, including responsibility for Capital Markets, IBD, IMD and Corporate graduate recruiting efforts:

 Lead the IBD/IMD and CM recruiting teams, providing strategic direction, budget establishment & ownership, goal setting, day-to-day team management, etc.
 Coordinate with the front office to identify permanent & intern Analyst & Associate hire needs and create & execute on the strategy to fill those needs
 Drive marketing & recruiting event coordination; proactively work all sourcing channels; develop and enhance strong relationships with key agents, schools and industry contacts
 Lead process improvement efforts, including candidate selection, offer generation, on-boarding and overall staffing cycle time effectiveness activities
 Own the metrics; establish regular tracking and review rhythm both within CR and with the client groups; leverage the data to drive recruiting efforts and to anticipate issues/opportunities
 Effectively coordinate and interface with Head of Asia Campus Recruiting & Programs as well as regional and US counterparts, leverage their support as well provide them support as required; ensure timely communication and coordination on relevant projects/issues
 Develop and enhance branding/marketing activities, working closely with front office and marketing teams.
 Overall, act as an ambassador of the CR team, ensuring positive attitude, client focus, timely and accurate responses, and proactive teaming with clients and HR/CR colleagues

- Drive campus recruiting team activities, including Firm-wide seminars, major recruiting fair preparation, and special projects such as:

 Marketing material upgrades
 Web site consolidation & upgrades
 Other CR process improvement activities
 Post mortem efforts after major events



Qualifications:

 4+ years of campus recruiting experience (investment bank industry experience preferred), including people management
 Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, strong attention to detail
 Strong influence & persuasion skills
 Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbally) at all levels of the organization, w/in non-Japan Asia & regionally as well as with external vendors, candidates, university contacts, etc.
 Proven process improvement experience
 Data management/analytical skills
 Strong team player
 Strategic thinker yet willing to roll up sleeves and dive into tactics
