1.Position: Intern (full time)


2. Responsibilities: As a member in MacCap, you will play an active role in all phases of merger and acquisition(M&A), including performing financial analysis and modelling, preparing offering memoranda and other investment materials, delivering presentations, and developing relationships with clients.


3. skill/Qualifications:

-Understanding in basic finance and accounting is a must
-Excellent English and Korean language skills
-Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills
-Excellent communacations skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and good execution skills
-Working knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Powerpoing, etc.)
-Overseas education or experience is a plus
-Enjoy hard working and team work
