HSBC-Graduate Trainee Program[Global Banking Team]
The Graduate trainee programme is designed to provide candidiates with well-rounded development opportunities that offer a broad range of experience in Global Banking. The programm comprises a comprehensive suite for training including on the-job, online and in the classroom, project assignments and networking with senior executives, all of provide you the knowledge and tools to build a strong foundation as future leader at HSBC.
*Qualification
-Have a strong academic background with at least a University degree or equivalent
-No prior workign experience prefered but those with maximum of 2 years of working experience are eligible to apply
-International exposure through education or otherwise would be an advantage
-Be self-motivated with strong planning and organising skills
-Be innovative, flexible, resident and have the ability to think our of the box
-Have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
-Be fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
-Display high potential to grow and the willingness to take on new challenges
