• Applicants should provide a printed response of no more than 500 words each to both of the following questions:

Q1.  What aspects of your degree do you feel are most relevant to developing a career in Investment Banking? Relate them to a recent public business transaction.

Q2.  How long do you think the global credit crunch will continue for and what impact will it have on the Australian banking sector?

• In addition to the response to the questions above applicants should provide a copy of their resume and academic transcripts.
• The responses above can be emailed to recruitment_australia@ml.com .
• Please title the email "IBK Scholarship Program" and include your name in the subject line.
• The Closing Date for applications is 30 May 2008 and finalists will be invited in to meet with members of the Investment Banking team prior to the four scholarships being awarded.
