Ark & Partners Private Equity Internship

Position Description & Responsibilities

ARK is offering 3-6 month internship opportunities commencing in September 2026. Over the course of the internship, interns will work closely with ARK’s investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including sector and company research, investment thesis development, financial analysis and modeling, commercial due diligence and transaction execution. Interns will also support the ongoing monitoring and strategic initiatives of ARK’s portfolio companies, providing exposure to both investment evaluation and active portfolio ownership.

Qualifications:

Candidates should demonstrate integrity, intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and research capabilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and demanding team environment. An understanding of private equity and prior internship experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity are preferred.
