About the Role
Support UAE-Korea economic diplomacy, investment promotion and commercial engagement. The role suits a versatile, analytical and internationally minded graduate who can work across research, company engagement, executive briefing, business matching and strategic economic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor economic, industrial and trade developments relevant to the UAE.
• Research companies and sectors; identify potential UAE investment and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare concise company dossiers, investment briefs, presentations and senior-level meeting materials.
• Support engagement with companies, government institutions, business associations and other stakeholders.
• Support delegations, investment-promotion activities, meetings and UAE-Korea business matching.
• Track follow-up actions and undertake varied economic, commercial and research assignments as priorities evolve.
Candidate Profile
• Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate student in Economics, Business, Finance, International Studies, International Relations, Public Policy or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken Korean and English.
• Strong analytical, research, writing and presentation skills.
• Able to learn unfamiliar sectors quickly, work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Professional and confident communicator with companies, institutions and senior stakeholders.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and digital research skills; genuine interest in FDI, international business and economic diplomacy.
Preferred Background
International exposure, exchange programmes, internships or project experience with KOTRA, KITA, government institutions, embassies, chambers, consulting firms, investment organizations, financial institutions, startups or major Korean companies are advantageous, but not mandatory.
