Ark & Partners Private Equity Internship

Position Description & Responsibilities

ARK is looking to offer 3-6 months internship opportunities, commencing in August 2026.  Over the course of the internship program, interns will work closely alongside ARK’s professionals to assist in the assessment and execution of growth buyout investments across the entire spectrum of our investment process, including investment thesis development, financial modeling and commercial due diligence. Additionally, interns will assist in monitoring current investments.

Qualifications:

Candidates must embody the following: integrity; intellectual curiosity; and strong work ethics. In addition, an ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills; research abilities; strong communication skills; and comfort working in a high functioning team environment. Knowledge of private equity and prior internship experience at an investment bank, consultancy, or private equity firm are preferred.
