Special Situation에서의 Buy-Out Deal을 주력으로 하고 있습니다.

당사의 투자팀은 PE / IB / 컨설팅 Background를 보유한 인력들로 구성되어 있으며,
PE 투자에 대한 높은 이해도와 전문성을 갖추고 있습니다.

최근 현대위아 Carve-Out Deal 투자를 성공적으로 성사시키며,
빠르게 성장하는 PE로 주목받고 있습니다.

외형 확장 및 투자 검토 확대에 발맞춰,
당사는 ASAP로 6개월 근무 가능한 인턴을 채용하고자 합니다.

2. 업무 내용

• PE 투자 기회를 기반으로 한 산업 리서치

• 기업 재무분석 및 Valuation 수행
  (Financial Modeling, Comparable Companies Analysis 등)

• 내/외부 미팅에 활용되는 Teaser 및 IM 작성을 위한 PPT 작성

• 예비/본실사 프로세스 참여
  (FDD, CDD, LDD, TDD 프로세스 관리 Assist 업무)

3. 자격 요건

• 대상: 기졸업자 또는 2026년 상반기 졸업 예정자

• Financial Modeling 및 재무분석 능력 보유자

• Self-driven한 문제 해결 능력

• M&A에 수반되는 전반적인 프로세스에 대한 이해

• IB / 회계법인 분야 Internship 경험자 우대

[Internship Opportunity at Rylson Private Equity]

1. Firm Profile

Established in 2018, Rylson Private Equity (“Rylson”) is an independent private equity firm in South Korea,
focusing on buyout investments in special situations.

Our investment team consists of professionals with backgrounds in PE / IB / Consulting, bringing strong
expertise and deep insights into PE investments.

Rylson has recently completed a successful carve-out deal in Hyundai WIA, earning recognition as a
rapidly growing private equity firm.

In line with our continued expansion in scale and investment coverage, Rylson is seeking to hire an
intern who is available for 6 months starting ASAP.

2. Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of a variety of PE investment opportunities

• Participate in drafting various PPT materials and Information Memoranda (IM) for both internal and
  external purposes

• Assist the Due Diligence (DD) process by actively managing transaction workflows with bankers,
  accountants, lawyers, and consultants

3. Qualifications

• Superior analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint / Word

• Keen understanding of the M&A transaction process

• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Graduates or candidates expected to graduate in the first half of 2026
