- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance – monthly report : budget vs. actual analysis
- Manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Capital Operating Plan.
- Support analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments for fixed assets and lease accounting
- Working closely with WW facility team to coordinate/submit capital/lease projects
- Evaluates and executes compliance responsibilities on fixed assets and lease accounting including KSOx and statutory book management
- Working closely with Asia/WW Treasury team on cash management and related treasury activities including bank account management/reconciliation
Knowledge/Skill/Experience :
- 3+ years experience as Financial Planning and Analyst
- Experience in multi-national company/IT industry preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Education : BS in Accounting/Finance or related field. MBA/CPA is a plus
