Today, in Korea, the topic of generational differences in the workplace has taken center stage, with those in each generation scratching their heads, trying to understand and meet expectations held by one another.

Coupled with this is the rapidly evolving gender agenda, where initiatives around diversity, equity & inclusion (“DE&I”) have been leading the way forward, towards a more gender inclusive business environment. As Korean companies become more global and as foreign companies continue to invest in Korea, greater cultural understanding and cultural inclusion continue to play important roles in the business environment. This interactive panel and workshop will explore the experiences and lessons of women leaders from different generations and share and discuss important insights that can further move the DE&I agenda in Korea.
