KUBS runs the Capstone Project to discover a problem solving-type Digital Transformation (DT) in Business model to examine the tasks and course of direction of companies facing digital DT and to focus on developing a business model. Through this project, KUBS sought to improve the problem discovery skills of students suitable for the DT era and to secure collaboration with relevant industries and DT-related external organizations. From June 2021 to January 2022, the project partnered with various affiliated organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Korea Credit Information Service, Lotte Members, and GS Retail to identify the DT issues of each organization and conduct data analysis.

In this Capstone Project, many deliverables that could be used immediately in business sites were presented, including customer management using VOC text mining, and customer purchase behavior analysis and service improvement recommendation using image data cluster analysis.
