The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company. We are a global team of over twenty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. We are looking for a recruitment specialist to manage critical hires in across multiple teams.

• Oversee a project: Choose a project that include: Diversity & Inclusion, project start-up, reporting/metrics, candidate experience, etc.
• Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing platforms

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop recruitment strategies for the Seoul office
• Execute and manage the recruitment strategy for the Seoul office across different teams, such as Client Service, Business Development and Corporate. 
• Sourcing candidates via Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage incoming applications and review CV's with hiring management teams
• Focus on mapping professionals within the industries and building a pipeline
• Own the candidate process from phone screen to offer stage
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with various internal teams

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Due to the requirements of the role, we are keen to find someone immediately available
• High level fluency in Korean and English
• At least 1+ years recruiting experience (Those without previous recruitment experience may also be considered)
• Experience in sourcing and prospecting candidates on social media
• Previously worked in a fast paced and growing environment
• Proven excellence in project management
• Results focused, continually seeking to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
