Recruiters from all over the globe will be in attendance to connect with students and alumni from top ranked schools interested in pursuing graduate programs, internships and experienced hire opportunities across numerous sectors. 

The event entails a sophisticated job fair simulation environment that enables real-time interaction between candidates and recruiters.

Target Audience
MBAs (from both PT and FT MBA programs, including Executive MBAs), Alumni from MBA programs 
 
Recruiters
Participating companies and organisations will be recruiting for management and rotational programs, as well as internships and full-time positions.
 
GDPR
The Highered platform, including the virtual fair solution, is GDPR compliant. Your contact information will be shared only with those companies and organisations with which you choose to engage during the fair in order to allow them to follow-up with you following the event.
 
Chat
The chat functionality allows you to approach the recruiters and hiring managers from the specific companies and organisations of your interest. Recruiters cannot source you or reach out to you directly unless you initiate contact. Recruiters may choose to invite you to face-to-face online meetings on platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meetings, etc. by sending you an invitation in the written chat.
We strongly encourage participation during Prep Day on October 6th.

Schedule
All fairs will be organised according to this format. The geographical streams reflect the periods of time when the recruiters will be predominantly connected based on their geographical location and/or profiles of talent that they are targeting.
