Korea University AMP Time of Unity, 31st Best Business School Awards Ceremony and Night of Year-End

Korea University Graduate School of Business (President= Jae Wook Kim) AMP (hereinbelow AMP) Alumni hosted the 31st Best Business School Awards Ceremony and Night of Year-End on December 12 (Wed) 17:00 at Grand Intercontinental Hotel.
 

The event was comprised of △Official Event (extraordinary general meeting) △Best Business School Awards Ceremony △President of Alumni Turn-over and Inauguration Ceremony △Dinner and time of unity. Secretary general Yong-woo Kim and announcer Bo-kyung Park acted as a compere. Dean of Korea University Graduate School of Business Jae Wook Kim, President of AMP Alumni Youngsik Kim, and Chunghui Lee Head of the judging panel of Business School Award attended this event.
 
The event began with the scholarship fund ceremony by President of AMP Alumni, Youngsik Kim. He donated twenty million won for the development of our university. The scholarship fund will be given to 8 Business School scholarship students, each student receiving two million and five hundred thousand won each. This year’s individual and group donations have a total of 95,600,000 won.
 

The result of examination of Best Business School Award continued the ceremony. This year’s winner was Jaehwan park(69th) CEO of Hanyang Automobile Maintenance Co. and Ingum Song(73rd) CEO of Inseong Medical Co. Mr. Park said. “I would like to thank every member who devoted for the alumni’s growth and today’s event”. Mr. Song added “I think it is an award given to put even greater effort for Korea University Alumni’s development and will do so now and forever”.
 

Part three was the inauguration ceremony of the new president, Moonchan Kim. He delivered his aspiration by stating “For the past 43years, the AMP could grow and develop with the help of outstanding presidents. I will take over their leadership and keep Korea University AMP’s tradition alive to develop the alumni even more”.
 

Dean of Korea University Graduate School of Business Jae Wook Kim celebrated by saying “I would like to offer my congratulation to AMP for its 43th anniversary” and replied with a congratulatory message: “I kindly appreciate President Youngsik Kim and new President Moonchan Kim for hosting this meaningful event”.

This event promoted alumni’s harmony and ended with the performance by SBS Jeong-Tek Kim’s Performing Arts Company.
