Qualifications

• Fluent English
• Technical academic degree preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Fiance
• Computer programming skills/exposure is a plus but not required(C++, Python, VBA and/or Mathematica)
• Desire to work with Algo-Developers to convert algorithms to trading solutions
• Superb analytical and mathematical skills
• Competitive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
• Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions under pressure
• Desire and comfort in working in a team environment is a must
